Venezuela President Hugo Chavez died with cancer

Venezuelan president Hugo Chaven dead tuesday afternoon after a two-year battle with cancer. Mr. Chávez changed Venezuela in fundamental ways, empowering and energizing millions of poor people who had felt marginalized and excluded. Vice-President Nicolas Maduro said in a televised speech.
